Selma Blair Betiner was born on June 23rd, 1972 at Michigan in the USA. She is known to be one of the most versatile actresses of Hollywood. She particularly is known to have gained attention for her feat in Cruel intentions.
She began her career as by starring as Jane for two seasons continuously in WB’s Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane. She later made an appearance in a well known hit comedy Legally Blonde. Her appearance in The Sweetest thing against Cameron Diaz and Christina Appelgate opened the gates for her to appear further on in life continuously in several big screen movies. She further received both fame as well as critical acclaim due to her appearance on two movies Storytelling and Kill Me Later.
Movies such as Hellboy, A dirty shame, In Good Company, Pretty Persuasion, The Killing Gen, and Purple violets allowed the actress to receive stardom at a very early age. However, after her last appearance in Hellboy II: The Golden army in 2008, the actress was not seen any more on the big screen.
